Paula Ferreira Asume como CEO de Latinoamérica de Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions
El corredor global de seguros y reaseguros Aon anunció el nombramiento de Paula Ferreira como CEO de América Latina en Reinsurance Solutions, reemplazando a Pablo Muñoz. Anteriormente, Ferreira se desempeñó como Growth Leader y Presidente para América Latina de Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, con 13 años en el corredor y 26 años en la industria de reaseguros. En su nuevo cargo, Ferreira asume la responsabilidad total de P&L, liderando y administrando los recursos regionales mientras desarrolla estrategias de crecimiento de clientes para la región y fomenta productos y servicios innovadores. Reportará a Andy Marcell, Global CEO de Reinsurance Solutions.
“Paula tiene un historial fantástico tanto en Aon como en la industria en general. En su nuevo cargo, continuará promoviendo una cultura de crecimiento y colaboración, enfocada en servir a nuestros clientes en un entorno cada vez más complejo y volátil”, dijo Marcell.
Reemplaza al ex CEO de América Latina en Reinsurance Solutions, Pablo Muñoz, quien ha sido nombrado Strategic Growth Leader de Reaseguro Facultativo Global y Presidente de Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions en América Latina. Durante su carrera de 23 años en el sector de reaseguros, Muñoz ocupó altos cargos dentro de Aon y la industria en general, incluso como Global Chief Broking Officer de reaseguro Facultativo de la compañía. En su nuevo cargo, Muñoz trabajará en estrecha colaboración con Andrew Laing, CEO de Global Facultative Reinsurance, y los líderes geográficos globales de Aon para impulsar la estrategia de crecimiento global de Facultativo para maximizar el valor del cliente. Permanecerá como miembro del Comité Ejecutivo Global de Reinsurance Solutions y apoyará al equipo de liderazgo en América Latina.

Paula Ferreira takes over as CEO of LatAm, Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions
Global insurance and reinsurance broker Aon has announced the appointment of Paula Ferreira as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Latin America in Reinsurance Solutions, taking over from Pablo Muñoz. Previously, Ferreira served as Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions Growth Leader and President for Latin America, with 13 years at the broker and 26 years in the reinsurance industry. In her new role, Ferreira takes on full P&L responsibility, leading and managing regional resources while developing client growth strategies for the region and fostering innovative products and services. She will report to Andy Marcell, Global CEO Reinsurance Solutions.
“Paula has a fantastic track record both at Aon and in the wider industry. In her new role, she will continue to promote a culture of growth and collaboration, focused on serving our clients in an increasingly complex and volatile environment,” said Marcell.
She takes over from former CEO of Latin America in Reinsurance Solutions, Muñoz, who has been named as Strategic Growth Leader of Global Facultative Reinsurance and Chairman of Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions in Latin America. During his 23 year career in the re/insurance sector, Muñoz has held senior roles within Aon and the wider industry, including as the company’s Global Chief Broking Officer of Facultative Reinsurance. In his new role, Muñoz will work closely with Andrew Laing, CEO of Global Facultative Reinsurance, and Aon’s global geographic leaders in driving the global fac growth strategy to maximise client value. He will remain as a member of the Reinsurance Solutions Global Executive Committee and will support the leadership team in Latin America.
“Pablo’s industry experience and leadership influence will be invaluable to the wider Facultative Reinsurance leadership team as we continue to implement its model and capabilities globally to help clients navigate volatility. A vital focus will be on developing integrated broking capabilities and enhanced specialty products to serve client needs in an even more comprehensive way, increasing their access to capital and improving their resilience,” said Marcell. “With these promotions, it is clear that Pablo has overseen tremendous growth during his tenure as CEO and previously as Latin America growth leader, and has built a robust platform for further growth and innovation. We are excited to welcome Pablo into the new role, and see his contributions in this new position,” he added.
