La Agencia Global AM Best Reafirma la Fortaleza del Balance de la Reaseguradora Ocean RE
A inicios del mes de diciembre, la agencia de calificación crediticia estadounidense AM Best publicó la nueva calificación de excelencia para Ocean RE.
La agencia le ha otorgado a la reaseguradora por octavo año consecutivo las calificaciones de “A -” en las áreas de la fortaleza financiera y la crediticia de emisor a largo plazo. “Las calificaciones de Ocean RE reflejan la fortaleza de su balance, la cual AM Best evalúa como la más fuerte, así como su desempeño operativo adecuado, perfil de negocio neutral y administración integral de riesgos apropiada”, declaró el equipo representativo de la AM Best en su comunicado de prensa.
Durante los últimos años, la reaseguradora Ocean RE ha mantenido una utilidad neta positiva. El gran desempeño operativo de la compañía ha sido el resultado de un buen nivel de suficiencia de prima, derivada de la naturaleza de su negocio de reaseguro cautivo, y de un adecuado programa de retrocesión para su creciente negocio tradicional de reaseguro.
