Oneglobal nombra nuevo CEO para la región Andina
Oneglobal ha designado a Ernesto de Lima como Gerente General de la Región Andina (excluyendo Chile). De Lima reportará a Nicolau Daudt, CEO LatAm Oneglobal y se une oficialmente el 1 de abril. La operación latinoamericana de la firma está dirigida por Daudt y Jose Miguel Gonzalez, CCO LatAm, y cuenta con el apoyo de Ricardo Retana, CEO de su operación centroamericana y un equipo de intermediarios técnicos y operativos.
Nicolau Daudt, CEO de Oneglobal Latinoamérica, dijo: “Estoy emocionado de dar la bienvenida a Ernesto al equipo de Oneglobal para dirigir las operaciones andinas en un emocionante período de crecimiento. Es una persona altamente reconocida en el mercado latinoamericano y su experiencia como especialista será fundamental en nuestra misión de brindar un servicio de alta calidad a nuestros clientes en los mercados andinos”.
De Lima tiene más de 15 años en la industria y tiene una experiencia sustancial en los mercados de Propiedad, Sabotaje y Terrorismo y Energía y Servicios Públicos. Últimamente fue Vicepresidente de colocación de Arthur J. Gallagher Colombia y ha ocupado varios cargos senior en Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, Guy Carpenter y Marsh. Oneglobal ha realizado una serie de nombramientos en los últimos meses, y en octubre nombró a Christina Allen como Directora de líneas financieras en las Bermudas. Esa noticia siguió a la empresa que nombró a Matthew Warren como su Director Ejecutivo en el Medio Oriente en septiembre y a Alex van der Wyck como su Director Ejecutivo para su oficina holandesa.

Oneglobal appoints new Andean region CEO
Oneglobal has appointed Ernesto de Lima as CEO of the Andean Region (excluding Chile). De Lima will report to Nicolau Daudt, CEO LatAm Oneglobal and officially joins on 1 April. The firm’s Latin American operation is led by Daudt and Jose Miguel Gonzalez, CCO LatAm, and supported by Ricardo Retana, CEO of its Central American operation and a team of technical and operational brokers.
Nicolau Daudt, CEO of Oneglobal Latin America, said: “I am excited to welcome Ernesto to the Oneglobal team to head up the Andean operations in an exciting period of growth. He is a highly recognised individual in the Latin American market and his specialist experience will be fundamental in our mission to deliver high quality service to our clients in the Andean markets.”
De Lima has over 15 years in the industry and has substantial experience in the property, sabotage & terrorism and power and utility markets. He was latterly placement vice president for Arthur J. Gallagher Colombia and has held a number of senior roles at Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, Guy Carpenter, and Marsh. Oneglobal has made a raft of appointments in recent months, having named Christina Allen to be its head of financial lines in Bermuda in October. That news followed the firm appointing Matthew Warren as its CEO in the Middle East in September and Alex van der Wyck as its CEO for its Dutch office.
